I received the handrail 17 days after placing the order. I think these might be custom made to order, but the website and the emails don't say how long the wait will be.
You will have to hunt on the website for blogs to find installation instructions. No instructions for mounting to brick or cement are available. The screws to attach the rail to the mounting brackets were not included. I'm not sure if this was a shipping oversite or just the company being cheap.
I probably won't buy from them again, but the rail is of OK quality. It arrived with scuffs and a small container of paint, that was not labeled in any way.
Well, did the research, wanted the best, and found exactly what we were looking for at TLB. Wasn’t the cheapest, we weren’t looking for that, and worth every extra penny. It’s a great looking beast of a rail. Done. Thanks!
I ordered this to attache to a brick wall outside. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!
I've only had it a month but so far it seems like great quality. It was shipped to me and packed beautifully with all parts and arrived safely! 100% recommend.
