- Order Processing and Shipping Time
1.1 Order Processing: All products are made-to-order, products will be processed within 7-11 days from the date of order placement. During this time, we will prepare your order for production and packaging. Please note that, although 7-11 days is our estimate time to manfacture and package, it may take longer, due to unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond our control.
1.2 Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, we will ship your products via FedEx Ground. The estimated shipping time for domestic orders within United States is approximately 1-7 days from the date of shipment. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
1.3 Shipment Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment on the FedEx website.

2.1 Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within United Sates. The free shipping offer applies to FedEx Ground shipping services.

3.1 Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. - Damaged or Lost Shipments

5.2 Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time and the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact our customer support. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation and resolve any issues.
