Packing and shipping has some problems. . . twice product has arrived with hairline cracks. Customer service is great but the delays in shipping back and re-manufacture are a problem.

We have a couple of steps coming off the house in the back with no railing so it could present concern for us going in and out. TLB built a beautiful and very sturdy railing. Wish we had done it sooner. Thanks TLB.

The metal legs were exactly as I ordered them and finished better than I thought they would be. I ordered them in raw steel so that I could put a custom finish on them. I couldn't have asked for them to be better. Customer service was great for my custom order and the product was beyond what I expected. What more could you want!
