I’ve made seven purchases of handrails from TLB and have had the opportunity to have staff install three handrails. The handrails are extremely sturdy and easy to grip. A fabulously beautiful 9 ft hammered, engraved handrail was first installed inside in a hallway for a senior family member. It is not only highly functional, but it is a work of art that enhances the ambiance and appearance of my house. This senior family member then broke a leg, necessitating additional handrails outside. Two 18 inch handrails were installed to enable him to go out the back door. A single post by outside steps, and then three custom orders which included a square single post railing for additional support by an outside door and finally two, 25ft, six post railings for a concrete ramp built for wheelchairs & senior walkers.

TLB installed the custom orders themselves and was very responsive to our height requirements. Being of short stature, our railings are lower than typically installed and the custom orders were made 1/2 inch smaller for small hands to more easily get a good grip.

TLB railings are superb and Highly Recommended.

Installed easily. I'd probably go with a satin or gloss black next time. The flat black catches dust etc, easily.

The rail was exactly as described and looks even better in person, could not be happier with it
