Custom Order, Metal Handrail Volute Flat Black

As we started the order everything went well, we was told what we needed to do to make the handrails work for us and you as well. We ordered and paid for them and waited to hear from you when they would be shipped. And waited, and waited! I sent a message to see when they would be shipped, was told they would be shipped at a certain date. They wasn't, that happened a couple times. Finally received the items ordered, they are very well made and I installed them without any problems. All and all I'm glad I ordered from you, just would recommend giving a ship date you know you can meet, or at least notify the buyers why they are not.
