Very nice piece of hardware, special touches included a little jar of touch up paint and a brush, the bit that was included was too small for the mounting screws but that was easily remedied with a metal drill bit in a larger size

The very robust railing came securely packaged complete with sturdy mounting brackets and screws. The hex bolts (provided for mounting) were much longer than was necessary so I did purchase a couple 1 1/5” fully threaded hex head screws. A drill bit was also provided for mounting the brackets to the railing. Overall I’m very satisfied. Grandma will no longer fall up and down these 2 steps….

Well-made, extremely sturdy handrail. We were looking for a rail for a mostly open staircase that matched the hardware on an existing barn door and would also look great as it can be seen from all parts of an open space, and this rail is perfect. Minimalist, classy, and it was fairly easy to install. Touch up paint and a brush were included with the order, but so far we haven’t had to use it.

I was completely amazed at the quality of my handrails. I could not be happier.

The railing was just as advertised. It installed very easy and mounted securely
