How to Measure: measure from the nose of you first step to the nose of your last step.

-Lag Bolts or Cement Bolts (Used to bolt bracket to wall)
-Self Drilling screws (Used to screw brackets to handrail)
Depending on how long the handrail is determines the amount of brackets you will receive.

I received this handrail from TLB in a timely manner. The packages was very beat up and slightly opened from FEDEX. Upon opening the packages, a few screws fell out during shipping. The screws paint had chipped off and the handrails had scratches. I contacted TLB. They were a little slow to respond but they asked how to make it right. They offered to ship the entire thing back and resend. I declined and said I can touch up if they send a new touch up kit and some screws. They shipped off the replacement in a timely manner.
Over all I am happy with the experience and would by again.
FYI this product is on the lower end scale of products. It is priced accordingly, but for a higher quality, maybe another company might be better.
I ordered this weeks ago and it has not arrived yet. Called the customer service number and the gentleman I spoke to tells me each and every time that it’s going to be sent out the following day week passes by nothing and I keep calling and findinf myself speaking to the same person who continues to make excuse after excuse and says it’ll be shipped out the next day. Here we are another week later and nothing. I keep calling the number. No one picks up very disappointed. I’m a general contractor and I build and renovate homes. I will never use this company again.

We havent had them installed yet because of ongoing construction delays, of course, but they look really nice laying on the floor in the garage. Cant wait to see them on the stairs someday.
This handrail is beautiful and sturdy, but it is an outdoor rail and I had a question about a hole in the bottom of the rail that seems to serve no purpose. I emailed the owner of TLB and didn’t get a response. We had exchanged email messages regarding other questions in a less than quick manner. And there’s no phone number to resolve questions quickly. So I’ll give the product and A+ if the hole is supposed to be there, and a B+ if it’s not (I’ve covered it with black electrical tape). The customer service is a C-.
