Rails look great, as advertised, and custom
lengths were no problem. Would buy again for sure. Easy install.

We ordered (what turned out to be) a custom railing. Initially the model we ordered did not fit our stair layout. When we called customer service, we immediately got the owner (on a Sunday!). Gerardo took the time to calculate the slope of our steps and make sure it fit. We were not even charged for the shipping or the specialized modifications. The quality is exceptional.

These handrails are exactly what we needed at the entrance of our home. Very beefy and superior quality.

I requested a custom length to be made and it didn't disappoint. The quality of the handrail is excellent and it came with all of the required fittings for mounting the hand rail to a wooden structure. I thought it was a nice touch that the rail also came with some touch-up paint and a small paint brush. The shipment was well packaged with all the items bubble wrapped for protection. I was really impressed with the overall quality and will be a returning customer.

This handrail is heavy duty & looks even better than the photo. A small problem as the shipping package was missing a couple hardware pieces, but a quick discussion with Gerardo, and the hardware is already on its way to me. Anyone can make a shipping mistake, and I really appreciated the prompt and professional response to the problem.
